What Sellify knows about you

Playing without an account

Sellify does not ask you to create an account to play. Your progress — Arenas, streak, commission, skill profile — is stored on your device. You can finish your first Deal and see your result without telling us who you are.

What we store off your device

• Purchases. Handled by RevenueCat and Apple. We receive a subscription status, not your payment details — we never see your card.
• Backups and sync. Where you opt into saving progress off-device, it is held in our Supabase project in the EU (eu-west-1).

Your voice

A Deal is a live conversation, so your microphone is used while one is running — and only while one is running. The drills between Deals never use it.

While a Deal is running, what you say is streamed out so the buyer can answer you. It travels through Extentos, which carries the connection, to the AI provider that writes the buyer’s replies.

Sellify does not record you. No audio file is written, and the conversation is not saved — not on your phone, and not on our servers. Extentos does not keep it either: audio, transcripts and tool calls pass through and are dropped, and only usage totals are retained, for billing.

We cannot make promises on behalf of the AI provider. Your speech reaches them in order to be answered, and what they do with it is governed by their terms rather than ours. If that matters to you, theirs is the document to read.

What survives a Deal is the result, not the conversation: the price agreed, your score, your skill ratings, and a few short quotes from what was said — which is how the coaching can point at the exact moment something turned. That lives on your device and in your own iCloud. There is no account, so none of it is attached to a name or an email.

Deleting the app removes all of it. If it has synced, removing the app’s iCloud data removes that copy too.
